For me love and gratitude is 2 diff story. Well if u want to be gratify someone than okie. The true love should not be selfish. If there is selfishness in love then it is not love. PPL says love is selfish but they are wrong, It is not love. Love Should be like one done by higher power, even we make so many mistakes. He forgives us saying it is not mistake when u realise it and dont repat it. He forgives it saying " i dont hate sinners but i hate sin". It is not allah, christ, shiva, guru nanak nor jhulelal. It is your faith which comes from within. It is within you.....so this is what love should be like
and i do belive that match are made in heaven, no doubt just check it.

seek love from enemy then u get real love. U will see there is love in there resentment coz u will realise that one day they will change. I know one day miracle happens, i just need to have patience and tolerance power. The most important thing is take one step at a time. Be happy with with your small flower pot than neighbour's garden.
I hope to have no lip service, grandiosity and corner cutting in love.

even though they dont love me........my biggest gratitude to all the loved ones and ppl who hate me as well who help me to look on my negative side and to workout. They make me realise that i have to change , i cant change.

That is what i called recover which ends when u die. Real recovering person follows recovery with full heart as blind sheep taking pracitcally to move on the recovery's path and this journey never ends till death. It is true as well, our mood is always in swings. There is certainly a way u can arrest it. One thing my too is do good to feel good. It is process which is zig zag. It is not a straight highway, one who follows must be prepared for the worst and start thinking how to act for that sitution. Just rember learn to take one step, one day at a time. Every day is just for today, make sure tomorrow never comes. If there is bullet then there must be a gun. Otherwise it is stupid to produce bullet without gun.
If swami vivekananda, pramhansadev, gautama buddha, sri sri ravi shankar, mother teresa can do it then why cant u?
Expectations, getting hurt etc. are all part of being human, how do you get over it? Will we ever get over it, coz dat's what we learn since our birth. Isn't it?
( i cant get over it but i can only arrest it until i die that struggle is known as recovery)
There is no limitation in sacrifice but there is limitation in compromise

i dont say i can be like them, i am act as if from today which will help me to get one day If i have decided to be commited on what i have believed. Even though i will not be like them, i wont have regret coz i am giving and will give 100 percent. When there is 100 percent there is satisfaction rather frustation, at least i have tried. You may say there will be expectation but before giving expectation, i prepare myself for worst secene and work on it rather than worry for it.

anyway, lets keep going.............at least one from sajha is giving me a place to throw out ..........need more hope and courage

who is saying, i will be able to get rid of it...........never ever in my life. Even buddha was not able to get rid of it. I use to think as u before, i use to think supressing negative feeling may end in explosive anger. There is another way to tackle it, I do share it, it can be shared in forum or with your trusted fren. Whenever i feel something, i honestly share it. How it feels? Sharing is the great art which makes u very controlled and helps you to arrest. There is no other way than to share. Do u know we only use 20 % verbal communication but rest 80 is non verbal. U express with your eyes, behaviour/atttitude which lies in your unconsies mind.Only thing we can deal is to balance subconsicous mind. You have to understand concept of super ego( positive ego) which will give u inside view of our mind. Remember mind, intellect and soul is 3 different things.Actually we say that we are consious but no we are in sub consious mind, Being in consicous mind is being in super ego.
our consicous mind is responsible for filtering negative thougts. Why do we suffer coz our negative filter mechanies fails and denial mechanism gets activated. Nowdays, i focus more on transparent relation than translucent.
Lets talk on Expectation........do you know i am on high risk state as recovering addict, I am dependent on my family. Before i was not depending on it. I am attached not only financially but emotionally. Ony thing that scare me now is my emotional hangover. I dont have any chemical hangover but my swinging mood brings emotional hangover from past. Today, i got one tool which keeps me in high spirit that is " blast the past" "my past is my best teacher". Well, i dont want to use Positive way of thinking"QUITE A BIG WORD"
Only thing on this as shortcut i can say is , i am not going aroung visicous circle of emotional hangover. I have accepted the fact and now i can cope with the enviroment accepting it as my reality. It has made my life easy coz i am not scared to face my reality. I have controlled my denial mechanism.
Finally, god grant me the power and serenity to accept the people as they are and wisdom to know the difference. I hope to prove one day with my slogan" action speaks louder than word"

when there is a good reason behind breaking promises...then it's allright. But if you don't intend to keep a promise then why bother promising in the first place.

Well, for my special someone:
I luv u not 4 wht u r but for 4 wht u 've made of me. As u said, I dont like giving u dreamz; but 4 sure I've started seeing dreams with u !

I met a, well not met actually, met in pictures and a little bit of messaging, a young exhuberant and truely amazingly beautiful, which is what I feel, I guess. The fact of the matter is, whenever I try to write something, I pause with second thoughts and a lot of questions arises. What if this? What if that? Am I that good? Then I stop. I stop to the point that I open up my email again and try to write something. In the middle of writing this and that, I delete everything. Ah! its not very good at all. I sign out and think, maybe I will drop some words tomorrow. This has been going on for quite sometime. I know I have not been able to concentrate on the work at hand. I put a picture on my desktop. I look at it and shy away. Goddamit, what a beauty. I have actually removed the picture from my desktop wallpaper for the fear of being sublimely stuck in the thoughts. I have a job at hand and I cannot let this slip away. I'm actually in a very important mode in my life. But this is one thing that is bothering me.

Do I know the treatment? Probably! I guess, but again, I fear away from being overly pragmatic, or overly unrealistic. I know with such a beauty, one might have been proposed zillions of times. I know that when you think somebody as your true friend and the person then tries to get close, propose, unravel the hidden mysteries, who would not get upset? And that is the last thing I would want. I donot want to make 'em feel that "here goes another one", again. I guess my fear lies in the very same statement of "here goes another one" thing. So, then I think, the good lord might have choosen someone for me. I do know, however, that I am making myself feel "easy". It is not helping. I have been constantly consumed with the thought and picture. Destiny is what I have relied on for too long. I am egotistic, but not for my own benefit, but for the fear of being driven by the statement of "here goes another one". No, I donot want to be the so called "another one". I want to be the "one". The "one and only".
