६ साउन, काठमाडौं । आश्चर्यजनक क्षमतायुक्त बालक आदित्य दाहाललाई उपचारका लागि भोलि (बिहिबार) अमेरिका लगिँदैछ । शारीरिक रुपमा अशक्त उनको उपचार नेपालमा सम्भव नभएपछि अमेरिका लैजान लागिएको हो ।

अमेरिकी दूतावासले आदित्य र उनका बुवा-आमाको पासपोर्टमा मंगलबार भिसा हानेको पारिवारिक स्रोतले अनलाइनखबरलाई जानकारी दियो । सरकारले आर्थिक सहयोग गर्ने भएपछि अमेरिका लैजान सम्भव भएको आदित्यका बुबा शेषराज दाहालले अनलाइनखबरलाई बताए ।

मन्त्रिपरिषदले आदित्यको उपचारका लागि १ करोड रुपैयाँ दिने निर्णय गरेको छ । सरकारी जागिरे आदित्यका बुवा र आमाले अमेरिका यात्राका लागि एक महिना बिदा लिएका छन् ।

अमेरिकाको क्यालिफोर्नियास्थित स्ट्याण्डफोर्ड अस्पतालमा आदित्यको उपचार हुनेछ । आगामी २७ जुलाइका लागि डाक्टरको अप्वाइन्टमेन्ट फिक्स भएको बुबा शेषराजले बताए । आदित्य आफैंले पहिलेदेखि अमेरिकामा उपचार गराउने इच्छा व्यक्त गर्दै आएका थिए । अस्पताल पनि उनी आफैंले छनोट गरेका हुन् ।

यद्यपि अमेरिकामा गएर आफू ठीक हुनेबारे उनी सत् प्रतिशत विश्वस्त भने छैनन् । अमेरिकामा उपचार गरेर स्वस्थ हुने कुरामा कति विश्वस्त हुनुहुन्छ भन्ने प्रश्न गर्दा उनले लेखे, ‘पूर्ण विश्वस्त छैन ।’ त्यसपछि उनले अंग्रेजी भाषामा थपे, ‘मेरो मानसिक क्षमताको अनुसन्धान नगर, खाली शारीरिक समस्याको कारण पत्ता लगाऊ । यदि उनीहरुले यो कुरालाई अनुशरण गरे भने म ठीक हुन सक्छु ।’Aaditya-Dahal-Writing

नेपालका थुप्रै चिकित्सकहरु कहाँ जचाउन लैजादा पनि आदित्यले यही कुरा राख्ने गरेका थिए । आमा ईश्वराका अनुसार डाक्टरले उपचार गर्दा आफ्नो मानसिक क्षमता गुम्ने त्रास उनमा पहिलेदेखि छ ।

भोलिबाट पाँच वर्षमा टेक्न लागेका आदित्य हिँडडुल गर्न र बोल्न सक्दैनन् । नेपालका थुप्रै चिकित्सकहरुलाई देखाउँदा पनि उनका बिमारी पहिचान हुन सकेको छैन । आदित्यको दिमागी क्षमता भने अचम्मको छ, जुन प्रत्यक्ष नदेखिकन विश्वास गर्न कठिन हुन्छ ।

कहिल्यै विद्यालयको मुख नदेखेका उनी कापीमा लेखेर जुनसुकै प्रश्नका जवाफ दिन्छन् । भविष्यवाणी पनि गर्छन् । उनले नेपाली मात्र होइन अंग्रेजी, हिन्दी, जापानिज, कोरियन, रसियन लगायतका भाषाहरुमा लेखेर आफ्नो अद्भूत क्षमता देखाइसकेका छन् ।

अमेरिका जाने सन्दर्भमै उनले लेखेका छन्, ‘उपचारार्थ म हजुरहरुबाट केही समयका लागि टाढा जाँदैछु । फर्की आउँदा देशमा आमूल परिवर्तन आउने छ भन्ने अपेक्षा गरेको छु ।’

yes big sham oc. lets not make assumption. say the boy is supernatural. But yes, I agree with you mostly. State shouldn't be paying for medical expenses like this. The boy is most probably autistic savant. You can't fix that in Nepal or US. Even if they can fix it, state shouldn't be paying for it from tax payers money; that too for a "luxury" non-life threatening treatment.

Didn't he predict that he is going to be cured by 2072-3-31? Well we are past that date (probably why they waited this long) and his prediction failed.

Who approved this expense? People should be accountable for this kind of things.

I am hoping this will not be a trend to bureaucrats and get free treatments aborad.
