Well, you said biggest sham. Of all the shams that our leaders have bestowed upon us, this is a minute one - hardly big certainly not the biggest.
But yes, I agree with you mostly. State shouldn't be paying for medical expenses like this. The boy is most probably autistic savant. You can't fix that in Nepal or US. Even if they can fix it, state shouldn't be paying for it from tax payers money; that too for a "luxury" non-life threatening treatment.
Didn't he predict that he is going to be cured by 2072-3-31? Well we are past that date (probably why they waited this long) and his prediction failed.
Who approved this expense? People should be accountable for this kind of things.
