Here are some of the stocks that showed up on my buy scan. We may have seen the low but it is possible that we see one more sell-off to wash the weak hands. Currently I am doing intraday trades  from the long side only. If S&P closes below 800, I'll stay on the sidelines.

If the market goes up from here these stocks should easily double. The holding period is at least 1 year (if profitable). Put these stocks on your watch list and when you see a pattern as described on the follwing link, you can buy. ALWAYS use stop losses. Stops should be somewhere between the low of the cup and low of the handle. This pattern is described in detail in William O Neil's book, "How to make money in stocks". You can probably get it from your local library or buy one...it is worth the money. If you are patient and wait for the right time you should do pretty good at the end.

Damn, I should have run as some of you suggested last week. I would still make some money if I did. I have lost so much now I can not even come out.

What do you guys think next week? Will it recover some? I am not sure whether it is good idea to stay or come out.

as i had written last week, gold has break out but volume is suspect...

 For me investment is not week by week basis but there is always some exception.If I invest lot of money and if profit seems too good to be true then I sell off.Otherwise I give some time.Yea this week is not  good for investment but  I am +ve market will go up.I'm still holding on to bare .It's makeup stuff and no matter even in recession we women use it .So,I'm holding up to it.I hope I'm right............Keeping my fingers crossed...Ultimately it's individual decision though.C I think I'll keep for long time.

I think for long term investment(long term  here I'm referring to is  6,7 months) microsoft stock is good too.It's so low now.I just bought some microsoft stocks too.Hope I won't lose money...........who knows nowadays anything might happen............

I'm out of everything. Going on a vacation tomorrow. Took losses on the 3 stocks. It is very important that if you want to survive in this game, you need to "honor your stops".  Will be back on the first week of April. I'll try to update my blog if I have time over the weekend. This sell-off looks like a combination of profit-taking and commercial hedging, therefore, I think we are headed higher from here.

Hope next week or last week of this month will rebound as per of last week. Let's see. Stay away from login your account for at least week or 10 days.

Like I said yesterday, today was supposed to be a major down day and the prophecy is fulfilled.

Bought FAZ at close yesterday.

Here is why I say the market is going for a pullback:

We had never had three days closing lower in the SPY ever since we
started with this rally two months ago. The past three days tells me
this is a reversal signal and I sold all my long stocks yesterday.
Since we gapped  down today morning, I will be cautious in the coming
days for going long.

Having said this, I think the SPY might go down to 82 and find support.
And since financials led the rally, you know they will be the first to
tank. This is a warning sign to all of you who are holding onto Shitty
(Citi).

Phiste, I take that back....I am not buying citi in some days to come. There doesn't seem to be good news coming in horizon for financials for some time. Remember what emini said, "It is very important that if you want to survive in this game, you need to "honor your stops"; you gotta respect the market to be part of it and remember it's a random walk. You might fall either side.

Washed off my hands as well. Probably look for some buy this friday but not specific as of yet.
