I heard whole story of Nikki. Yes Sushil should have been reprimanded by the organization and shouldn't be part of so called Nepali organization as a result. And about Nikki, she handled perfectly and as I am a guy and don't know anything about how anyone would feel after such incident. She should try to move on, as much as the guy should be punished for his actions it is not serious enough to have his life ruined.
