Yes, I never said Nicky's story is wrong or she is miss representing. I am just arguing that we cannot be judgmental... We need to hear the story of the possible or supposedly sex offender as well... At least I cannot put my sympathy to Nicky without knowing Mr. Susil's story...... that is what I am saying... Nothing else...

Also, i am not saying Mr. Susil is right... or Nicky is wrong... that is not what my point is...
My point here is just a girl (we all agree Nicky is a girl) came to public and accused somebody else (a male), that does not mean she is 100% true. She has to give evidence, or proof yaar in the context (remember, it is very important), she herself stated on her video that Susil neither touched her, nor physically assaulted or nor sexually advanced... Yes, as per her, he invited her to sleep on the same bed, invited her to drink beer with him in the same room,,, but that is just PER Ms. Nicky... we do not know what happened... Maybe she asked Mr. Susil for the drink, maybe she offered for the same bed... who knows yaar... we need to know the story of Susil before we can go against him...
He has a family... what if some psycho loving him dearly is trying to break his marriage life? I am not accusing Ms Nicky, but there are so many questions without any evidence Nicky could provide. Her words are not Truth or fact... she is a human,,, she has to provide evidence to support her claim..
