I'm glad he ran as a party outsider and it was very much in tune with attitudes of his supporters. His core base of support is already on a path to become the largest cohort (demographics) in the history of this country and half of them identify themselves as independents which has only contributed to strict party affiliations among all ages to near historic lows.
How will political parties address to this pretty big flock of people ? Will there be re-runs of New York primary debacle ?
