Bernie Sanders is a habitual 'No' sayer. He voted NO to amber alert bill. He abruptly leaves interview when asked why he voted NO to the bill in the interview below. He says there are few things in that 47 page bill which is unconstitutional. It seems that whatever he doesn't like is unconstitutional. He's now proven deluded and habitual 'No' sayer.
