The fact is - currently you have to pay to go to public state colleges and universities. Bernie has been very clear that he will make education free which means state colleges and universities will be free. I hope you are not thinking all the private colleges and universities are going to be free. Because private ones are not going to be free. The notion of free education is not out of this world as quite a few european countries have that policy.
