It was a roller coaster ride for a week like last year. Better team won. Boston was impressive; they fought hard after 0-3 hole. They broke the record after being down 0-3. Records are meant to be broken. Congratulation to the Red Soxýý
I see lots of changes in Yankees next year especially pitching and bench.
I hope they will do some creative way to sign El Duque. He is the only player I want back who are potential free agents in Yankees roster. Here's potential Yankees Free agents list:
Miguel Cairo - 2nd baseman
Tony Clark - 1st baseman
John Flaherty - Catcher
Orlando Hernandez - Right handed Pitcher
Travis Lee - 1st baseman
Jon Lieber - Right Handed Pitcher
Esteban Loaiza - Right Handed Pitcher
John Olerud - 1st baseman
Ruben Sierra - Out Fielder/Designated Hitter
Tanyon Sturtze - Right Handed Pitcher
Enrique Wilson - 2nd baseman
Yankees need to get quality left hand starting pitcher and set up man and 2nd baseman and Center Fielder
Potential Free Agents in the market that Yankees need to pursuit:
Starting Pitcher - Carl Pavano, Russ Ortiz, Pedro Martinez, Eric Milton, Brad Radke, Matt Moris, Al Leiter(???)
2nd baseman - Jeff Kent, Bret Boone, Eric Young, Roberto Alomar(???)
Out Fielder - Carlos Beltran, Magglio Ordonez, Jermaine Dye, J.D. Drew (???), Moises Alou
I will be happy with any of those players in each position. Yankees fans always have a trust in BOSS, he wants to give the best for his fans.
Yankees, thank you for the wonderful season ..........
