Mentally Ill, Need help

Wake up at 5 AM everyday, stretch up your body for 10 minutes and do the following:
1) Bhastrika Pranayama (Do this pranayama only for 2 to 5 min)
2) Kapalbhati Pranayama
3) Anulom Vilom Pranayama
Then take some rest for 10 to 15 minutes. After this, sit on sukhasana, or siddhasana or padmasana and do 'so hum' meditation. Close your eyes, while inhalation mentally say 'so' and while exhalation mentally say 'hum. So Hum literally means 'That I am'. Do this meditation for at least 30 minutes everyday.
Do all these for 3 months and come talk to me. I guarantee that you will be completely a new person if you genuinely and sincerely practice what I mentioned above. Hari Om Tat Sat.
