Your assumption that I am assuming is wrong. The responsibility of state of occurrence (Nepal), state of operation and registry ( Turkey, I guess) is mentioned in ICAO rules. You just have to find out instead of pulling trigor in dark.

Please educate youerself before commenting on serious matters. It is not like commenting on" saili ra maili poila gayechhan" Nepal's responsibility is mainly to keep all the evidence intact to help investigation later on. Without Nepal's permission neither India nor Turkey will be able to remove aeroplane because removal of damaged aircraft may result in loss of evidence.

Regarding the compensation ppl and airlines may ask Tia for compensation and Tia May ask Turkish air for compensation. For its loss unless it is proven that incident was due to tia fault.
So stop assuming it's time for serious work.
