In this case Nepal requested on behalf of Turkish airlines because without nepal"s permission Indian airforce plane can not fly inside Nepal and can not land in Tia. Nepal must give permission to land air force plane and its cargo.

India being a cleverly country instead of asking permission persuaded Nepal to request. Nepal did and now some Indian media using this to spread greatness ( or whatever) of IndiA.

It is the Turkish airlines responsibility to remove its plane from runway
