Hi Hurray. I completely understand. I totally agree with you. We all need to return to give something back to our own country. Thats why I am returning within a couple of years. I will apply what I learned in Nepal. After coming to the US, I realized, how easy to work in own country. you feel more confident, more relaxed.

My opinion was keeping Nepali as official language and add English. Which can help to for general people to communicate outside Nepal. that was my idea which may not be feasible as well.
