Nope. Say, he saw Dhaka in D and Bhad Gaunle in F. He can still be confused.

I don't think you are getting my assumption. I am starting with an assumption from the outset. "Let's assume" F (third person) was wearing Dhaka topi than the only possible situation in which first person would be confused is if second person was wearing Bhad gaule. Because there is only two dhaka topis available in the pool. Second person knows this, so if he had seen dhaka topi (as per my assumption) in F means he knows he is wearing a bhad gaule, as per the confusion of first person. Therefore, F is wearing a bhad gaule topi. Does that make sense?
