New Logic Puzzle Time!!
This is a fictitious story, any resemblance to the name of Sajha characters should be taken as a blatant infringement of privacy.
Some vital stats:
Ambrosia (A) : Twenty something petite girl. 5'2" - 80 lbs.
Malvasia (M): Same age group. 5'4"-100 lbs.
Behoove_me (B): Early thirties hunk. 5'10" - 180 lbs
Tanki (T): Late twenties. 5'8" - 160 lbs.
यी चार साथि हरु एक ठाउ मा कामको लागि गएछन. बोस चै तालु पर्या गुज्जु रहेछ. "केम छो?" भनि हालेछ.
"के भन्छ यो तालु?" Ambrosia ले प्वाक्क भनिछ.
"बस मजामा. But we are not Indian. We are Nepali." Tanki ले घण्टा घोत्दा घोत्दा गुज्जु राम्ररी सिक्य रहेछ.
"अरे नेपाल-इंडिया एक हि देश है. लौ सुन, मलाई पनि नेपाली आउँछ." भनेर निच्च हासेछा.
"Disgusting " Malvasia ले मन मनै भनिछ. जति गालि गरेनी, यो इन्डियन को काम त गर्ने पर्यो.
"त आज मा तिमि हरुको टेस्ट लिन्छु." गुज्जुले भन्यो,"यो बिल्डिंगको साइडमा अर्को लामो बिल्डिंग छ. त्यहाँ जावो.त्यसपछि ground फ़्लॊरमा एउटा लिफ्ट छ."
"लिफ्ट माने?" Ambrosia ले सोधी.
"गजब छ. एस्तो जवान केटिलाइ लिफ्ट माने थाहा छैन. आलुवेटर क्या! हो त्यो आलुवेटरमा जानु अनि सबै जान top फ़्लॊर मा ओर्लिनु. तर! त्यो लिफ्टमा एक चोटीमा २ जना मात्र जान मिल्छ, अनि त्यो लिफ्ट भित्र बाट मात्र operate गर्न मिल्छ."
"कस्तो एलेवेतोर हो." Behoove छक्क पर्यो.
"अर्को कुरा." गुज्जुले थप्यो. "त्यो लिफ्ट ले maximum वजन अनुसार पैसा charge गर्छ. तिमि हरु माथि जादा, हरेक ट्रीपमा max weight जसको हुन्छ त्यसको वजन टोटल मा add हुन्छ. सबैजना माथि जानु सम्म ५०० पौन्ड्स भन्दा बढी टोटल भयो भने, प्रतेक पौन्ड्सको $१ dollar लाग्छ. अब येसरी तिमीहरु माथि जाउ कि तिमीहरुलाई कम से कम पैसा लागोस."
सबै जना हेर्य हेर्यै भए. तर काम त गर्नु पर्यो. ४ जना कसरि माथि गए होलान, जसले गर्दा minimum fine तिर्नु पर्यो. Remember, everytime only two people can go up and one person has to come down to get another person up and leave him/her up top. If Ambrosia and Malvasia go together, the trip weight will be 100 lbs and will be added to the total. Then say Ambrosia comes down to get another person, that trip weight will be 80 lbs and again added to total to make 180 so far, and so on.
