Yes. It's Kali Gandaki A, 144MW.
"Bhutan has done what is in its best interest of its people. Who, really who, are we to know better?"
And How do you know this? How do you know that was in the best interest of their people. Bhutan has vastly improved in domestic Electricity reach since 2002 and later reforms, however it is still paying through the former projects completed by Indian grants.
I am not one to blindly criticize India, but i will tell you this much, we wouldve been far better if we were not so dependent upon and controlled by India.
