1. At present energy price is so high, and Bhutan is getting only 2 Rs/KWH
2. At present most international companies are ready to fund a hydrowper project on 30-35 yrs free lease basis. after that period the project belongs to the govt.
3. Chukha was completed in 1986 so if a private company had funded it, in 2017,Bhutan gets the qonership and cgahrge india based on international energy price.
4. If India can pay internationally priced petrolium products , why not hydropower, it is environment friendly and they can pay in Indian currency, no need to pay in dollars.
5. Heard that India used to pay 20 piasa per KWH for electricity produced by Koshi, In 1990 they started to pay 35 paisa and now it is 50 paisa /PKH, I have no proof
6.Koshi will be controlled by Indians for 199 yrs, it is in the treaty
These are the main theoritical problems that Indai need to correct first, by not doing it
a) they are main cause of souring realtionship with their friendly neighbours like Nepal and Bhutan
b) Destroy their environment
c) Stress their economy, think about it if Indai imports 20000 MW of electricity in Indian currency hoe much beneficial will it be for Indian economy?
d)Also proves thast India has no long term vision
