uncircumcised pen-is can very well penetrate any vagina.
There are very few rare chances where those pen-ises may not get full erection due to the soreness/pain caused by the way their enclosure covering their self. But other than that uncircumcised pen-is should not have any problem intercoursing vagina, but if it's your bum hole, or you want to suck his lollypop,.. he definitely needs to get some medical help.
Best advise you can get is not here, but your local health care provider. Talking with them over the phone or discussing them in person won't cost you a dime. See what they can do for you.
And another thing, after circumcision you won't be able to have sex with him for about 1-2 months depending upon how fast he heals.
