Religion: What should it contribute?

@______,
talk about being the judge jury and executioner!. To your credit, at least you seem to know how to debate, unlike some who seem to be simply trolling. But yours is the most haywire logic i have ever seen and sometimes i wondered if you were drunk while replying.

1)I have proven that ulterior motive for doing good will remain even after removal of religion.

2)I have proven that good values like compassion, self sacrifice cannot be understood and explored from an Atheist (evolution) perspective but needs religion to do so.

3)There is incest in the bible but there is more incest and even bestiality in hinduism. Whereas in the bible, at first it was a means to create humanity and later examples are aberrations, in Hinduism, incest seems to be prescribed in texts. (I did not bring the incest topic up but it was your colleagues who did)

4)I have proven that one becomes religious through his actions. Jesus NEVER talked about killing others, but of compassion and forgiveness. "Pray for those who persecute you". So a Jesus lover will not even dream of killing someone in the name of Jesus.

5)The most egalitarian and meritocratic society is the West. You say it is all a coincidence that they happen to be Christian and XMAS is their public holiday. Using the Father/Son analogy directed at Kiddo bro, I have answered this question why you can attribute goodness to a christian upbringing and society and not evil because Jesus simply does not teach evil.To prove your point, you have to show me a verse which says "Kill all the jews" said by Jesus and taught in the Church. Then i will believe you that Hitler was Jesus lover.

MORE LATER.
