There are people like mahabir pun who returned for community and there are lot unknown who are serving community. Returning back is our country gained one more educated people who can work in government or private sector, set up their business and give few employment. There are some people who returned despite their parents wishes. Just a thinking of returning back is a big step. 

I wish all the corrupted gov employees get DV lottery. Amen. :) so that computer educated people can take over. I am planning to teach all the gov employees computer at cheap cost . How about this business ? First and foremost our country need computer at airport. 

I am wondering why these big computer companie like CAN and other cannot coax government to teach those 20 people in airport to be computer educated. Those people at airport looks like not even high school pass. 
Or some illegal activities goes in airport  that is why gov want to hide those activities by making employee computer illeterate
.
