Not trying to say their decision was wrong, but don't see anything to be so emotional about  those folk. It may  possibly be  the lack of power to "struggle for existence" in the USA and the ease to sell their US degree in Nepal. Don't know how many of those really thought they will be back to serve the Nation, while they applied for F1 visa. If there are so many drawbacks of American life, why did you dive into it in the first place. So many TU/KU graduates are doing well for the Nation. 

One can do a lot more for the country if he/ she wants, no matter where the preson is staying. I think being more practical is more important that  an emotional.
