well law and order should not pardon the culprit. Yeah, she hasn't done that kinda serious crime that the robbers, murderers or the corrupt people in the state have done. But nevertheless the law is equal for everyone. And in this case she's done crime by overstaying and without valid visa and she should pay for that else go to jail No option.
