As he on F1 status. He had lots of family problem before so he cannot make a payments on time. I am not sure but I believe he have to pay around 10,000 to few banks. I don't know how can he arranged money for that. Is it gonna be best option for him to talk with some bankruptcy people and to file bankruptcy for 10000. He was in this boat from 2009 and it's been 3 years.
