They gave you 10 days, you can suffer those lawyers for a year..and you don't have to pay a dime as well..

Dont answer let them file a lawsuit...after 10 days they will take another 2 weeks to prepare and to file case at the court.( if they are really serious about it) ..once they file  at the court..the court date will be after 2 months, that is 60 days....the total days you gain 74 days...right..

Then again,  go to the court, ask the Clerk, show your case no..and request them that  you want to see the Case Jacket ( its the folder the court put all the documents)..
