If there is a clearly identifiable way to recognize a native and not native, then there is no issue like in North America. We know who are natives of this land and who came from Europe and elsewhere. But in case of Nepal whether the term "native" really does make sense to identify certain people, I am not sure. Or are the selfish politicians just taking us for ride to divide and rule again?
