ACHAR KASARI BANAUNE??

 Is it just simple dhaniya ko achar? well mine is very simple, you need  hariyo Dhaniya, piro hariyo khursaani , timboor and salt. Grind them together and you have you Dhaniya ko achar. goes well with Nepali daal bhaat masu. or agreat paste for sliced cucumber, or boiled potatoes.
        You can even add golbheda and lasun. I prefer simple.
