Drinking and driving is a murder. I feel for those three lives.  At least if SAjan timilsina is put into the bar , the victims family will get some solace.  Or else it will be anohter blow to the family. 

somebody said that he didnt' kill those people intentionally.  I mean tell me, how many murder is done intentionally with killing motive.  Most of the murder that takes place in the world are just a result of non intentional fight.  The fight does not have killing motive. but still somehow one ends of dying. 

If somebody drinks and drives and kills, he is a killer simple as that.  

Please don't support him being a nepali.   I remember when last year one american diplomats car hit some nepali guy in kathmandu everybody jumped calling for the heads of that american.  Everybody should be brought to justice whether that is that american or nepali.
