@amidstchaos I was replying to "boulevard
dreams"!! I though it was necessary to write where FACT was twisted!!
(where Sikkim was claimed as a sovereign country)!!
Violence doesn't solve anything that is my Stand!! Neither i'll argue
against or for the establishment or the Maoist in this scenario.
My hypothesis was just to show "boulevard dreams" when s/he claimed there
are lots of terrorist activities in Afghanistan, with respect to Dalal's
claim. So my question to you is "if Afgans fight back against American occupancy are they called freedom fighter or a terrorist?"...so will be the case if India send's its troop in Nepal!!
History: There was NO WAR between Russia (Soviet) and America. (if it's Cold War, then Yes). Still my point is when Countries (read Nepal/Afghanistan) becomes playground for International Politics, it is the country which is being PLAYED that SUFFERS!!
When India's Para-military force called BSF or SSB (Border Security Force/Seema Suraksha Bal) already doing "Raping and Harassing Part(killing may be isolated case)", Active 25 camps headed by Colonel of Indian Army are present in different parts of Nepal in name of Pension Camps. The continuous encroachment and Kalapani, and active involvement of Ambassador of India to Nepal in our internal matters are an example of Proxy Occupancy!!
I agree my hypothesis might be less probable considering the fact China is in UNSC with Veto power(considering it will vote against) and if India wants to move its Military, it'll do via UN help, than without!! BUT BUT Under Article 51 of UN Rules, USE OF FORCE in SELF DEFENSE is the RIGHT Granted to all the STATES under that CHARTER!! [when India is drawing parallel between theirs' own Insurgency and Nepali Maoist, it may not be sheer coincidence]

conflict, typically two states, AGREE to the interposition of UN troops
to uphold a ceasefire.
Well it Happens in Today's World : "example Panama(1989)/Iraq(~1990-20~)/Afghanistan/Serbia(Kosovo)/Georgia(By Russia)/ Presence of US forces in Korea......and how can we forget VIETNAM!!
In Nepal's Scenario we all are NEPALI....even Maoist are Nepali!! When you say WE are fighting against Maoist, and Maoist claim they are Fighting for Nepali's Right!! Whom do we believe??......Its the same case of "One Man's Terrorist is, Another Man's Freedom Fighter"!!
Take any BOOK on CLASS UNREST and read it, then you'll understand Nepal's Scenario from different perspective!!
I am totally against VIOLENCE METHOD, both by REBEL or GOVERNMENT!! Violence cannot solve anything.....
If you Bring Democracy/Change via GUNS you have to DEFEND it VIA GUNS and you'll be BROUGHT down by GUNs......example: China/Iran/N Korea/Afghanistan/Iraq/Kosovo/Central American Banana Republics/ other South American Countries!!
