mampakha ji , If any body had did that here in US or any other Europe countries, he/she would have been suspended forever. Hospital should be clean so that patient wont get infection or germs. What i say , if these things are not taken seriously then Nepal will be same always. you comments shows that you want nepal as it is ? right . Let people do what ever right ?
