there are stories people playing the same number over decades but missed to play on
the day the same number coming out as winner. thats not the enough evidence to prove
him guilty. lets say u won the lottery worth 5 mil, what would u do? will u stay here or
go back home? abt opening multiple banks account he might think his money wont be
safe if he piles up all the $ on single account as FDIC insures up to $100000 in single
account or he might have some other reason or so..
