found out that the  winning ticket actually belonged to the mr. willy shet  and not to mr. 

pankaj. he actually might have bought the ticket from his own money.the statement "he 

never played lottery before" doesn't imply that he will never play the lottery in the 

future.

     so pankaj is innocent untill he is found guilty; with the full evidence.
