To form a government we have to prove majority, once you do not swift to majority, it will be collation and minor party has more bargaining power than their number. The result is in front of us. A hung government nothing but puppet government, that is the reason we have 44 minister out of ????, find out the percentage and find the total population.
If any collated party withdraws , the government collapses, which is a bad part of our kind of democratic practice.
