Newar is the only responsible caste for current racial/caste divided situation of Nepal.They are the one who started racial state demand, they are the one who did not/do not respect other caste specially madhesi/pahadi. Therefore these days people from everycaste/race are very ogranized against other caste. If the past government were to decentralization development, education, health etc, these newar from KTM would be in worst possible situation, which would at least  not create so many racial organization in Nepal.
