Exactly Spirit...also isnt he supposed to be some secretary or something to the PM....that is why he accompanied the PM, isnt that so? so he was on duty when he was drunk....and btw, was it his personal wealth that he was splurging in the resort or was it the taxpayers hard earned money.....
