well commando are you going to feed Gurkay family, give him jobs in Nepal army, police and most importantly
the benefits and salary that equals British paying to these Gurkays.
If you or your puppet government could have given them all these for over 175 years now,
no Gurkays would have left for British army dumbass.

if you are to be recruited into Nepal's army and police and including other civil service post in Nepal.
all previous Nepal's government practiced racial discrimination and therefore all these Gurkays had no choice
but to look for job elsewhere.
