Pardon me if I am making myself but I have to make a comment regarding the building being called "Sherpa Cultural Center", though I am not in the US and I see that the name of the building will not in anyway impede the use by other "jats", I am really curious why do you call it - "Sherpa Cultural Center"

Will it be used partially as a center for housing Sherpa related books, artifats and etc ?
Why do you not call it "Nepal Cultural Center" ?


My understanding, by what you wrote above ..."For over a decade, Nepalese from different communities have been trying to build a community center.."  there will be many buildings coming up in the near future for Newar, Magar, Gurung, Rai, Limbu and etc.
