I agree with samsara.  it is very important to get MBA from top tier school.  I have seen lot of MBA graduates who are jobless or getting less than 35K per year.  If you can get into top tier, you might get hired even before you graduate with very high salary.  Most of the top school require working experience after your undergrad degree.  also, getting great GPA by taking easy classes in easy school is not very impressive.  I also realized that work will teach us a lot and work experience is a great asset even if you want to pursue higher degree later.
