H1B for foreign trained nurses in US

Hello Late-Entry,
here is the scoop; to apply for H1B visa, you must have Bachelor's degree; from my knowledge, most Nepalese Nurses however have only Diploma or something; hence do not qualify for this. However, even if you have BSC degree, for H1B category, most likely you will not get because they seek Nurses with management experiences.

But here is another category just for Nurses called H1C, bu then the problem here is that there are only I think 600 VISA available each year, and these mostly goes for
Nurse Anesthetist or Emergency Nurses and if lucky to those graduating from US institutions.

So the last one is direct Green Card; for this purpose, you must have sponsor "i.e job ready in US." thats why most almost all foreign Nurses have to-go through some kind of employment agencies and or
immigration agencies. Its not as easy as it sounds or look. If you're already in US, then its fairly easy.

In any case, you need to have "Sponsor," without it you can not do anything - nothing. Try this link below. http://www.mwnis.com
