Hi friends, I came to US last week in a business visa. I have I Sc nursing degree from Nepal. Could you please help me in further process. Which state shall I apply so that it is more quicker and easier. Since I donot have SS no., I want to apply from a state that doesnot require SS no. Do I need to give TOEFL?
