Dear Sunder, Namaste. Oh !!! now I understand your point. They still can go back home and come back in US. Yes, it used to a six month time bar once your visa been extended to come back here again. Now if you could give them a good reason why they should be here then they will allow your parents to come back otherwise they will have to stay there ( I mean in Nepal ) for six months. after that they can come back here.
