Hi kalopani you and I are not much different then...as you know in Kathmandu and in the toles you have a choice...be the bully and participate all the fights and proove that you are Aatilo or be bullied and hide like a sissy.....well like you I went to Dipendra police school and ask anyone who went to DPS how fights were and how often it happened.........and I lived in Boudha....and you know Boudhas reputation in terms of rough fights and life ways of the young bloods. well I dont know what to say to you that all the years of training didnt help you when you were attacked because it sure has helped me...well I had learnt some muay thai before but when i was at a situation here......I was able to defend my self quite well and I used mostly judo and tae-kwado ,karate kicks to throw punch and kick those guys untill they ran...Judo helped me the most as they all came right at me as I began to throw them around like rag dolls. and many instances at my work about 7 months ago which used to be in a huge loading dock for a company , constant lifting boxes weing over 50 to a 100 lbs for continuos 8 hr shift and stacking them and wheeling them to their locations witha two wheeler weiging about 200-300lbs for hours. I am5 feet 4 inches tall,145lbs the shortest guy at work...all my buddies are red neck muscle building 200-350....almost everyone over 6 feet and more.... tall and strong. I had to proove that I was capable of doing more than they could and had to beat upreal good a couple of the ones that tried to bully me or take advantage of me for being short i hurt them real good to earn their respect, soon after work we all went to the park and I trained them the basic of MMA(mixed martial arts) after a lot of requests........imagine the pressure when someone in the loading dock comes and challenges you saying I can kick your as)s......no matter what MMA you do......I mean when the word went out that I do MMA......random guys at the loading dock challenged me to fights and my buddies often joked about it.........well I have had my share of BAngs here and I tthank my backgrounds that I survived.......I earned a nickname too....its funny but everyone calls me Maddogg at work thats where my user name comes from. I left that job like 7 months ago because I had to move on I had been there too long 7 yrs........well I still practice and would like to teach somewhere but not a new form or type like those nepali guys..........Just MMA...the art of defense..........hey how about I name it JHAGADA LOL thats sooo funny...im only kidding....but I am glad that Muay thai is your sport of choice......I just found to mix and match my trainings to make it useful for me .......
