kalopani I do agree that muay thai is one of the best fighting ways in the world but that doesn't mean others copy from it otherwise all punches and kicks, knee strikes elbow etc etc should be copyright protected.....Budokaido is Nepali Karate....invented in Nepal.... the tournaments are governed with rules .....there is a free style version of Budokaido too which is lethal..........where one can use all the tools needed to fight.......I have personally done various types of martial arts since the age of 4......and I am in my late 20s I learnt taekwando, Judo ,Siturio Karate, whushu, muay thai and boxing.....and I still practice, Muay thai was tough to learn because of the raw styles to harden your body ,shinbone and muscles by constantley repeating the strikes again and again untill your body acts on instinct. But that was the principle of all the martial arts I learnt...the only reason they dont look deadly in competition is because of the rules that govern a style of fight...And Muay Thai just another very tough Martial form like all of them...it also matters who or how it is used..........and when...so kalapani I really agree your point but I beg to differ that its the best.....its one of the best. And I am proud that Nepal where martial is huge and taught in schools and clubs has her own version of martial art....Warrior Nation, Home of the bravest of the Brave gurkhas......and guess what ib Budokaidi Khukuri style fight is also taught....watch this free style budokaido fight.
