Loote - "kyun ki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi" aired around the same time as Sunday Pop? Hmm ... but I do remember "Tara" and "Banegi Apne Baat" - very popular with people - especially women folks but some men as well (at least in the beginning). Me was never too big a fan either. Did you ever watch "Football Made in Germany" by any chance? :D
