i often meet with food problems whenever i have exams or i got to work or lelt's say when i don have time.this is exactly the problem most of the students are facing.we get here so called "studenten futter"(students food) including all cashews nuts and cardamoms and so on.but they contain lots of proteins and fat.so it does not last long.so with my past experiences i have learnt to cook fast foods.i want to share with u guys so that u get rid of pizza or mc' donalds,subway or burger king whatever. here it goes with asian pan: art: vegetarian(can be cooked with small pieces of meat of any kind) duration: max 15 min ingredients:(for 2 persons) noodle(spaghetti) 200g 1 small Onion 1 toe garlic( lasunko ek pothra) 1 Handfull of Paprika/capsicum (not necessary to be fresh, deep frozen will do) 1 small glass of mushroom 1 small glass of Salad (Puszta-Salad) 1 ES mixed spices (China-spice, hot) 1 TS Fishsauce, (thailandish) 3 ES soya sauce 1 ES Sauce, (Bapaosauce, hot-sweet) 1 ES Tomatoketchup 1 s. Glass Soyasprossen Note: spices can all be found in chinese shop if u cant find something, it does not make much difference.no headache coz of one ingredient.our aim is just fast food. how to prepare? -break the spaghetti in three parts n put in boiling water for about 8 minutes.then put it aside.in a heated pan give a spoonfull oil and fry onions(small pieces),garlic,paprika n mushroom.after two minutes give puszta salad and china sauce.stir it continuously and give fishsauce,sayasauce,bapaosauce and ketchup.if u have add beans as well (bhijako kerau for example) and give spaghetti in the pan and mix it.ur food is ready! baki pachhi!
