Jai Nepal What is the specific criteria to declare someone as 'Rastriya Bivuti'? There are many in our country. D all these deserve this title? I am bit confused. The government had done some mistakes in the past and still they want to keep Rastriya Bivuti's on bank notes. They wish to remove King, it is resonable. How do you guys/gals think?
