only if democratic decisions were fair and logical all the time, an ape would not be ruling the US of A for the second term. i myself believe in democratic practice and freedom of expressions, but just the thought of monarchy may prevail by the blessings of the precious votes of educated fools (which most of us nepalese are :P :P :P), it gives me creep. hence my skepticism towards the referendum.
