Hey guys, HERE's THE CASE .... NEED YOUR ANSWER ... My H1 will be approved in October and my wife is in F1 status. Her class will be over in December. We are planning to visit Nepal for about a month in January. Here're the questions : i. Where should I get my H1B stampped from ? Nepal or some other places like MEXICO or Canada ? ii. What is the best possible scenario for my wife's status to return from Nepal. Although she will have OPT card in her hand, she will not be employed within a month of completion of her study.
