regarding the 'indianness' of the maoist movement
it may be misguided
it may be brutal
it may be ultimately doomed to failure
but it is a NEPALI revolution. believe it or not, there ARE nepali people dissatisfied with the monarchy and the failed promise of an aborted democracy
regarding the 'indianness' of the political parties
yes, they lived their lives in india
but that was because they were f#ucking exiled
by the 'late great mahendra'
its pathetic really, this attempt to whip up anti-indian xenophobia to divert attention from the actions of the son of our latest avatar of vishnu
kissinger said that absolute power corrupts absolutely. and there is no more power absolute than a supposedly divinely ordained monarchy. who here in their right minds thinks that paras will work for the good for the people?
there was a time when constitutional monarchy was tenable in nepal. the time is gone. the king and his danav son assured it when they massacred their own family.
