rahulvai as far as i know, university of alberta in alberta, canada does not require any admission fee. if you too are from IOE, our BE is recognized, so i encourage checking out canadian universities too at - http://www.aucc.ca/ for canadian univs, normally the adm fee is CAD 100. which is less than the US buck anyway. all the best. keep rolling...
